Members
After Quickstart, choose the workspace and project whose access you want to manage. Open Manage → Members if your account has permission to read membership.
Choose the scope
- Workspace membership can grant access to every project in that workspace. Review the workspace role before inviting someone.
- A direct project member accesses that project. The current project page gives project members the same project permissions; it does not offer separate project role levels.
- Access inherited from workspace membership is managed in the workspace, not removed from an individual project's member row.
Add or remove access
Authorized team-workspace managers can invite workspace members or add an existing EnvLoop account to a project by exact email. Inspect the displayed invitation and delivery status; creating an invitation does not prove delivery or acceptance. Review access before confirming removal.
Personal workspaces have one member and one project and do not support team membership management. Create a team workspace for collaboration. If controls are unavailable, ask an authorized administrator rather than sharing your API Key. Membership changes and API Keys are separate concerns; review affected Keys when changing access.
